Brainstorming Game Technologies in the Teaching Practice of Higher Education Institutions

چکیده

The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical foundations of using intellectual brainstorming didactic games in training professionals different fields study at higher education institutions. According to principle hidden didacticism, concept universal assisting type has been suggested – for improvement students' learning outcomes forming soft skills, team building, optimization personal collective professionally respective decision-making strategies as well. Based on pedagogic experience authors teaching non-related medical philological disciplines empirical material completed didactically neutral games, their efficiency types competencies analyzed common background knowledge, professional team-based skills.
